How to buy or sell shares in the Company
Content Ventures, with the approval of shareholders, de-listed its shares from AIM with effect from 7a.m. on 16 March 2010.
The Company recognises that many shareholders may wish to buy more shares or sell their shares in the Company. In order to facilitate such transactions, the Company has appointed JP Jenkins Limited to operate a matched bargain facility in the Company’s shares.
JP Jenkins is a trading division of Rivington Street Corporate Finance. Rivington Street Corporate Finance is a subsidiary of Plus Quoted Rivington Street Holdings plc and is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member of the London Stock Exchange and Plus Markets.
Shareholders wishing to buy or sell shares in ontent Ventures should first contact their existing stockbroker, should they have one, who in turn can contact JP Jenkins to establish a corresponding seller or buyer of the shares. If you do not have an existing stockbroker, JP Jenkins can offer an execution only stockbroking service.
The indicated price along with a history of transactions will be available from the JP Jenkins website which is located at www.jpjenkins.co.uk. To access this information you will first need to register as a user on the site. Registration is free of charge.
Settlement for the shares will continue via the CREST system.
